Regional One Inc. now has a 24 hour Communications Center known as R-Com.  Calls for service come into our dispatch center and are handled by our trained EMS and Wheelchair Communicators.  We recently added a Stancil Digitial Recording System that records all radio and phone communications coming and going out.  This  is a great quality assurance resource as well as safety feature.
